Homeless 2 Homeownership
is not just a nonprofit, it's a movement built on love, loss, resilience, and the unwavering belief that everyone deserves a second chance at life. We are a 501(c)(3) Life Rehabilitation Program offering a true new beginning to those society too often forgets addicts, ex-felons, veterans, survivors of abuse, and the homeless.
At Homeless 2 Homeownership (H2H), we believe that transformation is possible because we see it happen every day.
Born from heartbreak and built on hope, H2H was founded in memory of Christopher John Occhipinti, whose life was tragically cut short by a drunk driving accident. What began as a personal mission to spare other families from similar pain has, over the past 22 years, evolved into a self-sustaining 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to transforming lives.
Today, Homeless 2 Homeownership (H2H) empowers individuals in at-risk communities including addicts, ex-felons, veterans, and survivors of domestic violence to rebuild their lives through holistic rehabilitation, workforce development, and long-term support.
With over 30,000 lives impacted, our goal remains the same: to ensure no parent has to bury a child due to addiction, despair, or a system that gave up too soon
